The Omaha Modern Quilt Guild was established in 2012 to help promote the modern quilting movement in the Omaha area. Our guild is focused on developing the modern aesthetic of quilting within our members and our community. Modern quilting is a new and rapidly growing movement in the quilting world. We welcome all quilters to come to our meetings. Whether you are experienced in modern design, or just looking to expand your quilting horizons please come join us. It is our hope that you will leave embracing this new movement and ready to create something unique.

Our purpose is simply to assemble quilt tops for veterans and service members touched by war. You can bring your own Quilts of Valor project to work on, or you can work on a Quilt kit that will be provided. Come prepared for a fun day of quilting. Please contact the store at 402-504-1345 and let us know that you are coming. For more information on Quilts of Valor go to www.qofv.org
